Description

Refurbish and rebuild an existing circa late 19th, early 20th century timber porch by means of careful removal, stabilisation of existing timber structure, replacement of rotten lower timbers and cladding, replacement of roof battens, and stabilisation of brick plinths. The porch will then be repainted in oil based paints, remounted in its original position and set with reclaimed clay roof tiles and step lead flashing.
