Variation of condition 5 of approved planning permission MO/2019/0377 for the retrospective application for change of use of outbuilding called The Shack in order to create 1 No. separate dwelling to allow to vary condition 5 wording to, No floodlights or other forms of external lighting shall be installed on the site other than the lighting shown in drawings which shall be lighting as specified in application, lighting shall operate manually only between the hours of 6am and midnight and shall only be operated by PIR sensor in the hours between midnight and 6am.
