Description

PLEASE NOTE amended documents and drawings including installation of moveable partition wall in café and community area; reduction in size of undercroft area involving removal of 5 No. parking spaces and their replacement with a Plant Room and a Refuse Store to be used to store the bins on collection day. This removes the requirement for the bin collection point previously shown between two parking spaces; Provision of an additional Fire Escape/Access route from stair core number 2. (All amendments are marked up on floorplan and elevation drawings). Erection of a building to provide cafe floor space (Use Class Eb) and community floor space (Use Class F2) at ground floor and 37 one and two bedroom Retirement Living units for older people (Use Class C3) with associated parking and amenity areas along with associated public realm improvements, and reconfiguration of existing public pay and display car park.
