Discharge of Condition 4 of planning application MO/2023/1731 for the building services plant hereby approved shall be installed in accordance with the technical details specified in Clarke Saunders Acoustic report reference ASl33ll.23ll07.NIA.l.l I and dated 09/0l/24, including suitable anti-vibration mounts and within two months of installation a letter of compliance shall be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority by the installing company. The letter shall identify any significant none conformities and where necessary recommend suitable mitigations which shall be carried out within two months of approval of the condition.'
