Removal of existing Direct Expansion Cooling (DX) units to rear of building and installation of new Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery unit (MVHR). Removal of existing Air Handling Unit (AHU) and associated ductwork to inner roof scape and rear side elevation, including repairs to roof extract interface over main stage building.
