Non Material amendment to allow: Change Juliet balcony at first floor rear elevation to window; change French door at rear of lounge, ground floor to window; on side elevation ground floor level change door from lounge to two small windows one each side of chimney stack; add small window to side elevation of ground floor bedroom; windows to the first floor bathrooms, would not work with restricted ceiling heights so moved in to the roof space as Velux windows, above ceiling level and due to timber frame construction the chimney stack has been relocated out side the wall sat ground floor and first floor level. No change to height.
