Non-material amendment to allow the following changes: To the proposed front elevation - omit the proposed door to the therapy room, omit the roof overhang for a parapet wall including soldier courses of brick, this wall is partially an extension of the existing garage rear cavity wall. To the internal layout - create access for a wheelchair user between the existing garage and the proposed therapy room. Part of the garage will be used to store medical equipment. The proposed lantern light above the pool has been omitted and the roof light in the changing room has been reduced. To the side elevation - overhanging roof of the therapy room has been reduced. To the rear elevation - the folding doors at the rear of the extension have been changed for windows and the proposed overhanging roof above the hot tub has been reduced.
