Variation of condition 2 of approved planning permission MO/2022/1956 for the erection of 1 No. one a half storey dwelling, to allow reduced excavation across the entire site of 650mm resulting in a raised ground floor level compared to the approved (roof to stay at same level), removal of Mezzanine floor, switch from standing seam metal roof to slate roof, introduction of new external steps up to site in location of existing external steps. Also removal of Condition 8 is sought on the basis that a standing seam roof is no longer proposed and therefore the condition to align the standing seams with the rooflights is no longer applicable.
