Description

Variation of condition 2 of approved planning permission MO/2017/1000 for the change of Use from B2 (General Industrial) to B8 (Storage/Distribution) and external and internal alterations, to allow changes to the internal layout of the ground floor, to include alterations to the spaces for use by individual companies, the tea point being removed and the WC being relocated. The internal layout of the first floor has also been amended and the fire escape has been relocated from the west elevation to the south elevation. A window is proposed on the west elevation to replace the previously proposed fire escape.
