Condition number 2 to now read - The proposed ball top railings and one way reflective film as indicated on Drawing 04 of LA09/2026/0087/NMC which was uploaded to the MUDC planning portal on 18th February 2026 shall be provided prior to the occupation of any the units hereby approved. Reason: To protect the privacy of the end users of the development.
