LA09/2024/1473/F -Variation of condition No.2 Current Condition: No development shall progress beyond wall plate level until the required upgrade of the receiving Wastewater Pumping Station has been approved by NI Water. The development shall not be occupied until the upgrade of the Wastewater Pumping Station has been completed and agreed with Mid Ulster District Council in association with NI Water. Variation: The dwellings shall not be occupied until the upgrade of the Wastewater Pumping Station has been completed and agreed with Mid Ulster District Council in association with NI Water The variation of this condition enables the developer to continue the ongoing construction work. The developer is in close contact with NI Water regarding the wastewater upgrade works, which are timetabled to be completed in tandem with the housing development construction work. The proposal relates to original approval for residential development and associated ancillary works under LA09/2023/0238/F
