Description

The original Planning Permission for gravel extraction at this location was granted under I/2004/1062/F with a further approval in 2015 (I/2013/0307/F) which contained a time limit on extraction ( Condition no. 2) up to 30/07/25. Due to the economic difficulties before, and during, Covid, the extraction rate on these lands was severely affected. At present only some remaining areas of 'phase one' require completion, but phase four has only been started, therefore my clients are requesting a new extension of time to complete the excavations as previously approved - with the identified deposits established, my clients are seeking a further ten year period in which to complete the agreed extraction before undertaking a final restoration on the site.
