The variation relates to condition No. 2 of LA09/2022/1472/F. Condition No. 2 states - the premises hereby approved shall be used only for Use Class B2: Light Industrial and Use Class B3: General Industrial and for no other purpose in the Schedule to the Planning (Use Classes) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015.
