LA09/2023/0324/F - A single two storey dwelling house with driveway - Seeking to remove conditions nr. 2 & 3 of the permission pertaining the requirement to provide a Waste Water Treatment Plant for the housing development. In short, these conditions have now become redundant as the harm for which the Waste Water Treatment Plant was originally required has been removed as NI Water have approved and constructed a foul sewage connection directly into the combined sewer at the rear of the site following the necessary upgrade to the network in the locality.
