Permission to develop land without compliance with Condition No. 2 of planning permission reference LA09/2021/0217/F which states that "extraction shall be for a limited period only, and shall cease within 3 years of the date of this decision or upon occupation of the dwellings as approved under I/2005/1359/F after which time or following exhaustion of permitted reserves the site shall be restored to its former agricultural condition."
