LA09/2022/1238/F Condition 2 The visibility splays of metres 4.5 metres x 100 metres at the junction of the proposed access road with the public road, shall be provided in accordance with Drawing No 9 REV 1 bearing the date stamp 14th February 2024, prior to the commencement of any. works or development. The area within the visibility splays and any forward sight line shall be cleared to provide a level surface no higher than 250mm above the level of the adjoining carriageway and such splays shall be retained and kept clear thereafter. The variation of the condition proposed is that the visibility splays be altered to 2.4 metres x 100 metres in lieu of 4.5 metres x 100 metres. There is an approved application, M/2015/0046/F, that has visibility splays approved at 2.4 metres x 90 metres and the application is currently in the planning system for renewal under application LA09/2021/0924/F.
