Planning reference: LA09/2016/0895/F. Proposed development of 3no detached dwellings and associated site works. Conditions we wish to remove are no.5, 6 and 7 relating to the Package Sewage Treatment Plant. At the time this application was made/ approved there was no capacity in the Wastewater Treatment Works in Ballygawley. However, NI Water are currently upgrading the Wastewater treatment works in Ballygawley and when complete this will provide capacity for the 3no dwellings to discharge to same and a treatment Plant will no longer be required. See accompanying letters.
