Engineering workshop with milling, welding and lathes within a portal framed workshop. The facility provides specialist engineering services to local engineering companies such as milling, boring and manufacturing of bespoke components. The workshop was constructed and operated from 2006 and it contains specialist machines that operate on 3 phase electricity on the site. All works are undertaken within the workshop itself. The workshop is accessed via an existing entrance to the WWTW's.
