Proposed variation to Condition No 3 of Planning Ref LA09/2020/1305/F (replacement turbine) to read as follows: Prior to the commissioning of the turbine hereby approved, a scheme providing for the avoidance of shadow flicker at any potentially affected property, lawfully existing at the date of this permission, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority. The scheme shall be carried out as approved. Reason: to safeguard residential amenity from the impacts of shadow flicker.
