Non Material Amendment to planning application DM/24/0981 - A minor alteration to the south east elevation to remove one steel door and move another approximately 10m to the right. The overall external appearance of the development will remain as approved. A minor alteration to the roof plan to realign the plant to an inline configuration rather than side by side as previously approved. This will require the acoustic screen on the roof to be extended to enclose this layout, and this change is reflected in the boundary treatment plan for consistency.
