Description

Request to amend the definition of Chargee to remove the reference to -any persons or bodies deriving title through such person -and amend paragraph 5.1.6 to include paragraph 5.1.1. Currently having the wording any persons or bodies deriving title through such person within the definition of Chargee creates an indefinite loop whereby the Chargee and anyone after them will need to comply with the provisions of the MPC, which is inconsistent with 5.1.1.3 which states the provisions shall determine absolutely.
