Non Material Amendment to 22/502086/OUT: Outline application for a residential development of up to 650 units inclusive of a new community hub, landscaping measures and green infrastructure, with all matters reserved except for access. - Amendment to Condition 26 to read: Prior to the commencement of development, details of footway connections linking pedestrian routes within the development to Queen Anne Close and the southern boundary of Scocles Court shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, in line with the approved Phasing Plan secured in line with Condition 4 of this permission, and the footways shall thereafter be constructed in accordance with the approved specification and phasing plan.
