Modification by mutual agreement of Planning Obligation under Section 106 Agreement dated 8th January 2015 relating to Outline Planning Permission ref. 13/1702 to be modified to amend and update the mortgagee exemption clause by deleting the existing Clause 4.13 and replacing it with the standard mortgagee in possession clause wording as perthe Greater London Authority wording to promote a consistent approach and ensure it is in line with the National Housing Federation requirement, as per the Greater London Authority Practice Note dated January 2019 attached to this application.
