Description

Conservation Area Notification: 1) Yew located at NE boundary of Hoplands adjacent to Lower Road and neighbours garden. Work to cut back branches overhanging neighbour's garden and trim remainder of tree to suit. ( Photos Trees 1 and Trees 4) Tree 1 on plan. 2) Thuja located at northern boundary of Hoplands adjacent to Lower Road. Reduction in height of approx 30% to reduce wind sail and reduce risk of tree falling into traffic on Lower Road and to reduce conflict with adjacent fir tree. ( see Photos Trees 2 and Trees 4). Tree 2 on plan. 3) Holly tree located on northern boundary of Hoplands adjacent to Lower Road. Reduction in height by approximately 30% to reduce conflict with Thuja mentioned above and protect relationship between it and adjoining trees. (see Photo Trees 4). Tree 3 on plan.
