Description

Listed Building consent for internal and external works to the building to facilitate the conversion of the building from hospital use to residential use (part implemented). Works will include the installation of external vent grills, post boxes, replacement downpipes, reinstated of ground basement lightwell grills. Internal works include insertion and or relocation of partitions, internal wall lining, dropped ceilings, kitchen and bathroom fittings, service risers to accommodate new services, repairs and alterations to treat dry rot and damp including replacement of three timber lintels with pre-cast concrete lintels, and replacement of three staircases on a like for like basis.
