Non material amendment to 24/501875/FULL: Erection of a single storey rear extension and associated landscaping works. - The approved design had a combination of a parapet roof and non-parapet roof. This was seen as overcomplicated and cumbersome, in particular at the junction between the two roof styles. The proposal is now to do away with the parapet, which should also improve the aesthetics.- The approved design had brick pillars between windows on the left side of the elevation, and joinery on the bay window. The proposal is to use joinery throughout for a more uniform aesthetic.
