The area in question will only be visible above the roof line of the adjoining neighbour's garage, this will be clad in cement board (a neutral colour). This method of construction will not be visible from the front elevation. The existing front elevation of the garage is currently trimmed in white UPVC, this will change to the cement board cladding/trim the same to be used on the side elevation.
