Description

Conservation Area Notification : G1- Line of three mature Magnolias. Approximate height from 4.5m to 2.5m and width reduced to 3m to 1.5m on all sides. T2 - Tulip, Re balance the crown by reducing back 4 branches by approximately 2-3m. Two branches from the top, reducing back into the crown and two on the west side growing towards house, reduced back into crown. T3 - Yew, Reduce from 15m to 8m, the highest point of growth. G4 - Magnolia and Box Elder. Dead Magnolia and dying Box Elder to be removed and replaced. G5 - 5no. Yew trees, Reduce height by 4-5m from 13m to 8m. Reduce width by approximately 3.5m from 6m to 2.5m. T6 - Cherry - To be removed and replaced. T7 - Goat Willow - To be removed and replaced.
