Non material amendment to condition 6 (closure report) of planning application 20/504127/FULL to the following wording:The development shall be carried out in accordance with the remedial measures within the Phase 2 Site Investigation Report. Prior to the occupation of the proposed town houses (Units 4-9 as shown on drawing nos. 3152-DEN-B-01-DR-A-2003 RevF - Proposed New Build Block Ground and 1st Floor Plans) a Closure Report shall be submitted upon completion of the remedial works. The Closure Report shall include full verification details and include details of any post remediation sampling and analysis, together with documentation certifying quantities and source/destination of any material brought onto or taken from the site. Any material brought onto the site shall be certified clean. Reason: In the interests of human health.
