Conservation area notification: 1no. Willow Tree - To re-pollard the existing crown to previous pollard points. This will leave a final tree height of 12m and a radial spread of 10m after pollarding. Further reduction of the East side of the canopy, which overhangs the parking area by 3m. Works are based on recommendations from a scheduled tree safety inspection and are required to mitigate the effects of a cavity and base decay. Works are planned to be carried out in two phases over the two-year period of consent.
