Description

It is proposed that conditions 4,5 and 6 of LA02/2025/0343/RM are replaced by a single condition stating: "The residential unit on site number 7 as shown on drawing number 1425-2C identified for affordable housing shall be completed prior to the occupation of any other units and shall be provided for affordable housing. This residential unit shall be managed by a registered Housing Association unless it sold for the purposes of intermediate housing." (amended description)
