Description

Works to slipways, involving repointing to stone masonry walls. Works to King William Pier including underpin/concrete skirt and repointing throughoutproposed. Works to Albert Edward Pier involve the coping stones to be lifted and reset over a steel plate to bridge the gaps while leaving the eroded sandstone in place. Repointing to the back of sandstone blocks. A new RC skin is proposed. Anodes are to be installed to the sheet pile walls. Works to the North Wall involve applying sealant to joints Works to Alexandra Pier include a new RC skin and anodes are to be installed to the sheet pile walls.
