Discharge of condition 7 of LA02/2024/0441/F- Prior to the construction of the drainage network, the applicant shall submit a Drainage Assessment, compliant with FRD3 of Mid and East Antrim's Local Development Plan, Plan Strategy 2030 to be agreed with the Council which demonstrates the safe management of any out of sewer flooding emanating from the surface water drainage network, agreed under Article 161, in a 1 in 100 year event. - Submission of Drainage Assessment
