Discharge of Condition 9 of - LA02/2023/1439/F - Prior to the construction of the drainage network, the applicant shall submit a final drainage assessment, compliant with FRD 3 and Section 9.2 of LDP 2030, to be agreed in writing with Mid and East Antrim Borough Council which demonstrates the safe management of any out of sewer flooding emanating from the surface water drainage network, agreed under Article 161, in a 1 in 100 year event. - Final Drainage Assessment
