Variation of condition 3 and 5 of F/2014/0137/F. Condition No.: 3- No construction works shall be carried out on the upper or lower coastal path during the bird breeding season (between 1st March and 31st August) unless otherwise agreed with the Department Proposed wording to include Proposed Cliff stabilisation measures during the Bird breeding season Condition No.: 5 - No cliff netting or wire mesh shall be used within the designated Gobbins ASSI unless otherwise agreed with the Department. Any cliff netting or wire mesh that is agreed upon shall be temporary and removed between 1st March and 31st August Proposed wording to include Installation of permanent Cliff face retention mesh.
