Description

The below listed changes are required as a result of client requirements and technical detail design including fire safety: - Entrance lobby increased at ground level to provide lobby entrance to all apartments. - Lift shaft increased in height. - North west elevation windows increased in width to accommodate AOV smoke extract. - Boundary C 1650mm hight brick wall with concrete coping replaced by double boarded timber fence. - Boundary B brick wall changed to render. - Relocation of bin store access point and boundary details. - Roof plan revised to show entrance adjustment.
