Description

Discharge of condition 13 LA02/2020/0362/F Amendments to previously submitted Landscape and Planting Plan which include; a) substantial areas of existing vegetation around the site boundaries to be retained as part of the proposal, providing a good degree of screening. b) existing wildlife corridors retained and existing woodland and boundary hedges retained providing foraging opportunities, shelter and nesting space for wildlife. c) existing mixed boundary planting to be complemented by introduction of species of rich grass and wildflower areas. d) Proposed trees and planted areas adjacent to school entrance to provide visual focus at entrance and soften hard elements of building and circulation areas located at the front of the proposed school building.
