Amendment from natural slate to fibre cement slate over the main roof. Thus, helping reduce structural loadings across the extent of the pitch roofs. To help increase product availability the proposal also proposes to complete the fascia, rainwater goods and windows with Upvc as per colour noted on updated schedule.
