Description

The proposed development will include:- New open-sided canopies running along the East and West walls of the existing courtyard. A modular ‘pod’ type community hub located underneath the proposed Eastern canopy. New entrances to be created using existing and previously ‘bricked up’ openings in the existing perimeter walls. New function and ancillary spaces within the existing Eglinton Barn. New hard and soft landscaped finishes to the existing yard. Replacement surface finishing and railings/guarding to the existing riverside path.
