Description

The proposal is the construction of a new, modern, office and laboratory accommodation to replace the existing provision on the site. This is to meet the current and future needs of the FSNI. The overall development, including car parking and landscaping, will have a site area of 2.28ha. The new 4-storey building will be located adjacent to, and adjoining, an existing Laboratory Building on the site. It will consist of 3 floors of laboratory and office accommodation with an enclosed plant room on the top floor.
