Description

Demolition of existing single storey building and partial demolition of existing sheep handling pens. The existing boundary walls to the compound and fences at the front of the site are to be retained, therefore all works will take place within the existing boundaries of the site. A new single storey storage building will be constructed on the footprint of the existing, with a ridge level lower than ;existing. New pen walls/fences will be constructed on the site of the existing handling facility. The use of the new facility will be as the existing facility which is for agricultural/livestock management purposes. The new storage building will have a gross floor area of 125 sq. m.
