5 DAY NOTICE FOR: Five Leland trees are situated alongside a narrow lane to the cut-de-sac. The trees have significantly outgrown their location and are causing damage to the lane surface and adjoining boundary fence. They have also impacted underground utilities and drainage systems, and are showing signs of canker disease. In the past, several limbs have failed creating an ongoing safety concern.
