NON MATERIAL AMENDMENTS RELATE TO AMENDING THE TRIGGER POINT OF CONDITION 41 (BREEAM), SO THAT A POST-CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATE CAN BE ATTAINED FROM THE BRE WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF THE BUILDING’S OCCUPATION. THIS REFLECTS CURRENT TIMEFRAMES TO ACQUIRE SUCH A CERTIFICATE FROM THE BRE.
