PROPOSAL IS TO UNDERTAKE REMEDIAL WORK TO PARTIALLY REPLACE EXISTING EXTERNAL ELEMENTS WITH A SUITABLE NON-COMBUSTIBLE ALTERNATIVE THAT IS SUITABLE FOR RELEVANT UP-TO-DATE REGULATIONS- WORKS ARE TO BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS MADE IN THE FIRE RISK APPRAISAL OF EXTERNAL WALL REPORT.
