T1 - Ash - Crown reduce near to previous pollard points, up to 4m, and reduce single limb on NW side by up to 5m to clear Yew. T3 and T5 - 2 x Laurels - Reduce to 1m above fence. T7 - Holly - Laterally cut back Holly to main stem to provide clearance to neighbouring property.T9 and T11 - Yews - Trim as hard as practical to maintain clearance to neighbours property on SE side.T12 - Remove overhang from corner Robinia and fell 2 x self sown saplings adjacent next to boundary fence (access to neighbours required). T2 and T9 - Yews - Laterally reduce garden lawn side by up to 3m to form a more consistent formal row of trees matching with T6 where possible. T17 Robinia - Remove all dead ivy and reduce crown by up to 3.5 m in height and spread to leave a smaller more manageable tree. T34-38 Yews/shrubs on NE side boundary - Laterally reduce to give 1m clearance to decking and reduce T40 - magnolia - by up to 1.5m in height and 1m in spread. All mixed species boundary vegetation overhanging and obstructing the footpath on both Burghley Road & Marryat Road - Using telescopic chainsaw pole and hedge trimmers, cutback and lift to give a minimum of 3m clearance from over footpath, to improve highway use adjacent to the property and fell T39 a dead ivy clad Conifer on corner of driveway to fence height.
