T1 - Sycamore - Crown lift up to 5.0m. T2 - Lime - NWR for Development. T3 - Western Red Cedar - Crown lift up to 3.0m AGL. T3.1 - Western Red Cedar - Crown lift up to 3.0m AGL. T4 - Sycamore - Fell to ground level and treat stump to prevent regrowth. T4.1 - Sycamore - Fell to ground level and treat stump to prevent regrowth. G5 - Sycamore x 5 - Fell group to ground level and treat stump to prevent regrowth. Replace with a single new Sycamore positioned further from the boundary. T6 - Hawthorn - Cut back crown to boundary. T7 - Crab Apple - Cut back crown to 1.5m from boundary and prune to clear roof by 1m. G8 - Holly x 2 - Cut back crown to boundary.
