Description
T4 Ash - Medium (dbh 250mm-450mm), 10-15 metres in height. The tree has historically been managed as 7 metre pollard and has approached its repollard period. Crown Reduction - To reduce the overall canopy by up to 3 metres back to previous reduction points. T5 Oriental Plane - Extra large tree (dbh 750+ mm), 15-20 metres in height. The tree has historically been pollarded at 6 metres and then 8 metres and regrowth is etiolated and end-weighted. Crown Reduction - To reduce the overall canopy by up to 2-3 metres. Crown lift - To lift the lower canopy to give at least 5 metres of clearance over the road. To remove major deadwood throughout canopy. T6 Oriental Plane - Extra large tree (dbh 750+ mm), 15-20 metres in height. The tree has historically been pollarded at 6 metres and then 8 metres and regrowth is etiolated and end-weighted. The south canopy has dieback visible and one branch at 5 metres to the west has comprehensive cavity to the east - more than 50% of cross-section has been lost - good associated adaptive growth. Crown Reduction - To reduce the overall canopy by up to 2-3 metres. Crown lift - To lift the lower canopy to give at least 5 metres of clearance over the road. To remove major deadwood throughout canopy. T9 Ash - Small tree (dbh 100-250mm), 5-10 metres in height. One upright branch at 2 metres has local cavity - good associated adaptive growth. Crown lift - To lift the canopy over the road to give at least 5 metres of clearance from ground level
