Landscaped area alongside Lake Road: Bay Tree - Reduce height by approximately 2-3m and width by 0.5-1m. Self-seeded Yew - Fell. Bay Trees (x3) - Reduce crown by 2m. Purple Leaf Plum - Sever all Ivy around base of trunk. Holly - Reduce crown by 2-2.5m. Bay Trees (x2) - Reduce crowns by 2-3m. Sycamore - Remove deadwood from crown. Adjacent to Block A: Cherry - Reduce branches by approximately 2m to clear building. Open space next to The Lodge: Norway Maple - Remove deadwood and crown lift to 2m.
