Description

T1 - mature Oak tree situated in back garden. Tree has a height of approximately 18m and spread of approximately 9m. Proposed works are to reduce the tree to previous pruning points, approximately 2m in height and 1-1.5 metres on all sides, leaving the tree with a height of approximately 16m and spread of approximately 6.5m. Reasons for these works are to reduce end weight and allow light into garden area. T2 - mature Birch tree on left hand side of back garden. Tree has a height of approximately 16 metres and spread of approximately 6 metres. Proposed works are to reduce to previous pruning points, approximately 2m in height and 1-1.5 metres on lateral growth, leaving the tree with a height of approximately 14 metres and spread of approximately 4-4.5 metres. Reasons for these works are to allow light into garden area beneath. T3 - mature Oak situated in neighbouring garden, Number 45. Tree has a height of approximately 14 metres and spread of approximately 6 metres with a pronounced lean over the garden of Number 43. Proposed works are to reduce lateral branches overhanging garden area by approximately 1-1.5 metres. Height will not be affected by these works and spread will be reduced to approximately 4-4.5 metres. These works are being carried out to reduce end weight and to allow lights into garden area and property. T4 - Cherry tree in front garden. Tree has a height of approximately 4.5 metres and spread of approximately 4.5 metres. Proposed works are to lightly reduce crown to balance.
