Description

In application, 22/T1894 two tree preservation orders (T1 and T2) were passed on (following the death of the previous trees under these TPOs). T1 was due to be replanted as a Liriodendron Tulipifera and T2 as a Prunus 'Tai Haku' as these were deemed suitable replacements. Having researched further the prevailing soil conditions and the available stock for Liriodendron Tulipifera, we would like to amend T1 to either a Magnolia Black Tulip which is currently available in a large format (3m+) and grows to 9M+, and if not agreed to replicate the order on T2 (previously approved) and plant a Prunus 'Tai Haku'.
